To register you will need:
1.    Completed Registration Form 
2.    Registration fee
3.    Copy of your child’s birth certificate if new student

*In-House Registration for September 2024 opens on January 10. New families may register starting January 17.
*New families are encouraged to make an appointment for a tour.
*Please call the Nursery School office for more information at 516-679-8425 or email us at cnsdirector@clcwantagh.org. 
*A $75 registration fee is due with the application per child. 
(The registration fee will be returned if we are unable to offer your child a class in the school, otherwise it is non-refundable.)

Under New York State Law, medical forms indicating most current immunizations and proof that your child is free from contagious and communicable diseases must be signed and stamped by doctor's office and submitted for each child BEFORE they begin classes in September.
